A BCP is a set of procedures and technical solutions that allow your business to maintain critical operations during a disaster (server failure, ransomware, extended JIRAMA outage). ITCONSULT contractually guarantees an RTO of under 4 hours.

Air-gapped backups are stored on media physically disconnected from the main network. They are immutable (impossible for ransomware to encrypt or modify) and automatically tested every week to guarantee their integrity and restorability.

Our resilience plan includes UPS units sized for 30 to 120 minutes depending on your equipment, coupled with an automatic-start generator. In the event of a prolonged outage, failover to the recovery site is automatic and seamless for your users.

Frequency is tailored to your Recovery Point Objective (RPO): every 15 minutes for critical data, hourly for important data, and daily for archives. Everything is managed automatically and monitored from our NOC.

Yes. Two full-scale failover tests are included per year (biannual). These tests validate the contractual RTO/RPO, identify gaps in the plan, and train your teams on emergency procedures. A test report is issued after each simulation.

Cost depends on the volume of data to protect and the target RTO/RPO. A basic DRP setup for an SME starts around a few hundred thousand ariary per month, backups and UPS units included. Personalized quote after reviewing your infrastructure.

A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covers the entire organization (premises, staff, business processes). A Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) focuses specifically on restoring the IT system after a disaster. We offer both, separately or combined.

Your backups are replicated to a geographically distinct site from your primary infrastructure, either in Antananarivo or internationally depending on your data sovereignty requirements, ensuring availability even during a local disaster.

Standard retention is 30 days for daily backups and 12 months for monthly archives, adjustable to your regulatory or business constraints. This depth allows restoring an earlier version if an error is detected late.

Since your data is backed up off-site, a physical disaster (fire, flood, theft) at your premises does not result in data loss. We coordinate getting you back online on replacement hardware or temporary cloud infrastructure, depending on urgency.
